- 1. Fill in your business under From, the client under Bill to, and optionally Ship to. Add a logo, brand color, invoice number and PO number.
- 2. Set the issue date and Payment terms (Due on receipt, Net 7–60 or Custom), then choose the currency and page size, US Letter or A4.
- 3. Click + Add line for each item or service, then add discount (% or amount), tax rate and label, shipping and any amount already paid.
- 4. Click 👁 Preview to check the layout, then ⬇ Download PDF. Use Next invoice or New invoice to start the next one.
💡 Tip: Add your payment terms in the Notes box (e.g. “Payment due within 14 days, bank transfer”). Switch currency to match your client.

Is this invoice generator really free with no watermark?
Yes. It’s free, needs no sign-up, and the PDF has no watermark or GrabCast branding footer. You can create as many invoices as you like and download each one as a professional multi-page PDF with page numbers.
Where is my invoice data stored?
The invoice PDF is built in your browser, and drafts, including your logo, are saved only in this browser’s local storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded to GrabCast. For non-Latin characters, a Noto Sans font file is downloaded from a public CDN to embed in the PDF; your data isn’t sent with it.
How do I make an invoice with sales tax or VAT?
Enter the tax rate and set its label, for example Sales tax, VAT, GST or HST. The tool calculates tax on the subtotal after any discount, then adds shipping and subtracts the amount paid to show the balance due.
How do I number invoices and create the next one quickly?
Invoice numbers start as INV-0001. Click New invoice to keep your business details and logo, clear the client and line items, and bump the number to INV-0002. After each download, a Next invoice link shows the upcoming number and starts it in one click.
What currencies does the invoice generator support?
It supports 19 currencies with correct symbols and formatting, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, CHF, JPY (no decimals), INR, SGD, HKD, MXN, BRL, ZAR, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN and VND. Pick one from the currency menu and every amount updates.
Can I use US Letter or A4 paper size for my invoice PDF?
Yes. Choose US Letter for the United States and Canada or A4 for Europe and most other countries. Long invoices flow onto extra pages automatically with “Page X of Y” numbering, and accented or non-Latin text renders correctly thanks to an embedded font.
