DMCA / Copyright Policy

GrabCast respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. GrabCast is a tool provider: most tools work on files from the user's own device, in the user's browser, and GrabCast does not download, host or index content from other websites. Content that can reach our servers is limited to what signed-in users store for their own use (for example media in a Scheduler media library, link-in-bio pages and temporary email messages).

1. Designated agent

Notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512(c)) should be sent to our designated agent:

Copyright Agent, Digidot Marketing Agency L.L.C. (d/b/a GrabCast)
30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
Email: dmca@grabcast.click

U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory registration: [registration number — to be added by the owner after filing]

2. Sending a takedown notice

If you believe that material available through GrabCast infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature (as the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner);
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if there are several);
  3. identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to locate it — ideally the exact URL on grabcast.click;
  4. your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

When we receive a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the user who posted it, where we can identify them.

3. Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notice that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which GrabCast may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We will forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the activity, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you're not sure whether material infringes your rights, please get legal advice before sending a notice.

6. Other intellectual property complaints

For trademark or other complaints, email dmca@grabcast.click with the same details. For content published to a social platform through GrabCast, the post lives on that platform: please also use the platform's own reporting tools, as GrabCast can't remove content from other services.

Users are responsible for making sure they have the right to use any content they process or publish with GrabCast (see our Terms of Service).
