Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Digidot Marketing Agency L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as GrabCast ("GrabCast", "we", "us", "our"), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. They apply to grabcast.click, its tools, the Social Media Scheduler, the Ads manager, the Temp Mail API and every other part of it (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
In short: GrabCast is free. Most tools run in your browser on your own files. Use it lawfully, only with content you have the rights to, and follow the rules of every platform you connect. You are responsible for what you publish and for any ads you choose to start. The Service comes without warranties. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

1. The Service
GrabCast provides free online utilities: image, video, audio and PDF tools, AI transcription of your own recordings, AI writing tools, calculators, developer tools, a temporary email service, the Social Media Scheduler (with team workspaces, reports and a link-in-bio page), an Ads manager for Meta ad accounts, and more.
- Most tools run entirely in your browser on files from your own device. Those files are not uploaded to us.
- A few features use our servers: AI text features, temporary email inboxes, accounts, the Scheduler and Ads manager when you connect accounts, problem reports, and anonymous usage statistics. The Privacy Policy lists what each one handles.
- GrabCast does not download, fetch or copy videos or other content from third-party websites or platforms. The only files we fetch are files you pick from your own cloud storage to add to a post.
We may add, change or remove features at any time. Where a change removes something you rely on (for example a connected-account feature), we will try to give notice in the app.
2. Who can use GrabCast
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to consent to the processing of your data in your country (for example 16 in some EU countries) to create an account. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
- To connect social media or ad accounts, publish through the Scheduler, or use the Ads manager, you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and authorized to act for the accounts and business you connect.
- If you use GrabCast for a company or other organization, you confirm that you may bind it to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.
- You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, including U.S. sanctions laws.
3. Accounts
An account is optional and free. It lets you sync settings and favorites across devices and use the Scheduler, team workspaces and the Ads manager. Please:
- give a real email address you control, and keep your password (and two-step verification, if you turn it on) secure;
- don't share your account or create accounts to get around fair-use limits or a suspension;
- tell us at support@grabcast.click if you think someone else has access to your account.
You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Account & Settings → Data & privacy (see Data deletion).
4. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with content you own, that is in the public domain, that is licensed for your use, or that you otherwise have permission to use. You must not use GrabCast to:
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, or remove copyright notices, watermarks or rights-management information from content that isn't yours;
- violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights, including publishing personal data or images of others without a legal basis;
- create or share content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, harasses, threatens or defames people, or deceives them (for example impersonation, fake reviews, scams or misleading deepfakes);
- send spam, run engagement manipulation (fake likes, follows or comments), or break a connected platform's rules or limits;
- use a temporary email address for fraud, to evade a ban, or to abuse another service's free trials or sign-up limits;
- upload malware, probe or scan our systems for vulnerabilities without following our security reporting rules, break or bypass security, rate limits or fair-use limits, or overload the Service with automated or bulk requests;
- scrape the Service, resell it, or use it to build a competing dataset or service, except through an API we offer for that purpose and within its limits;
- help anyone else do any of the above.
You are solely responsible for the content you process and publish and for how you use the results.
5. Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you create, upload or publish with GrabCast ("your content").
- Files you open in our in-browser tools stay on your device. For content that does reach our servers (for example scheduled posts, media in your library, AI prompts, board cards), you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display it only to run the Service for you (for example to publish a post to the account you chose, show it to your workspace, or generate an AI reply you asked for). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups that expire on their own schedule and content you already published to a third-party platform.
- We do not sell your content and do not use it to train AI models.
- You confirm you have all rights needed for your content and that it doesn't break these Terms or the law.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Community templates (Template Studio)
- Public-domain dedication: publishing a template to the Template Studio community gallery is an exception to "you keep ownership" above. When you publish, you dedicate the template itself (its text, layout, colours, font choice, timing and music settings — never your photos, clips, logo or handle, which are not included) to the public domain under CC0 1.0. Anyone may copy, change and use it for any purpose, including commercially, without asking or crediting you. The dedication can't be withdrawn: you can unpublish your template at any time, but copies people already saved stay theirs. Only publish templates that are entirely your own work, that contain no one else's brands, logos, copyrighted text or personal information, and that follow the template rules.
- What is public: the template, the display name you choose for it, its ratings, use/save/remix counts and "remix of" credits, and a creator page listing your published templates.
- Automated checks, community review and ratings: templates are checked automatically before publication. New creators' templates are reviewed by trusted GrabCast users ("reviewers") and GrabCast moderators before they appear; later templates may be published straight away. Reviewers are other users volunteering their opinion — they aren't GrabCast staff, and their votes are weighted by how often they matched final decisions. Signed-in users can rate templates. We may give some ratings, reports and votes less or no weight (for example from brand-new accounts or accounts linked to the author) and we calculate rankings automatically; rankings are not a GrabCast endorsement. Don't manipulate ratings, reviews or reports (for example with several accounts).
- Moderation: templates that enough people report are hidden automatically; the author can ask once for a community re-review. GrabCast moderators may review, approve, decline, hide or remove any template at any time and may override any community decision. We log these decisions and notify the author in their account.
- Repeat violations: each template declined or removed for breaking the rules counts as a strike. Strikes limit or pause your ability to publish (details in the template rules), and we may disable publishing or terminate the account of anyone who repeatedly breaks these rules or infringes others' rights (see Copyright complaints and Suspension and termination).
6. Social Media Scheduler and connected platforms
The Scheduler lets you connect accounts on third-party platforms (Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads profiles, YouTube channels, TikTok accounts, Bluesky and Mastodon accounts) and cloud storage (Google Drive, Google Docs and Sheets, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box), and publish or schedule posts to them. When you connect an account:
- You confirm that you own the account or are authorized to manage it and to publish on its behalf (for example, you have a role on the Facebook Page or its business portfolio that allows creating content).
- GrabCast publishes only what you confirm. Every post is sent only after you tick the confirmation box and click Publish now or Schedule (automatic repeats and AI autopilot plans only post automatically if you turn on their separate consent). You are responsible for the content you publish, including captions, media, links, hashtags and any AI-assisted text you choose to use, and for having the rights to it.
- You must follow each platform's own terms and policies, including Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards, Instagram's Terms of Use, the Threads Terms of Use, the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, Bluesky's Terms of Service and your Mastodon server's rules.
- YouTube: GrabCast uses YouTube API Services. By using GrabCast's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke GrabCast's access at any time at Google security settings. You must answer YouTube's required questions truthfully, such as whether a video is made for kids and whether it contains altered or synthetic content.
- TikTok: by posting to TikTok through GrabCast you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation. If you mark content as branded content, you also agree to TikTok's Branded Content Policy. You must disclose commercial content (promoting yourself, a brand or a third party) using the disclosure setting. TikTok may take a few minutes to process a post before it appears on your profile.
- Comments and statistics: the Inbox lets you read, reply to, hide, unhide and delete comments or replies on posts you published through GrabCast, where the platform allows it. GrabCast never replies, hides or deletes on its own: each action happens only when you or a team member with the right role clicks it (or when you turn on a rule that does it for you). TikTok does not offer apps a comments API, so TikTok comments are answered in the TikTok app. Analytics shows statistics as the platforms report them; we don't guarantee their accuracy.
- No spam or abuse: you may not use the Scheduler to send spam, publish repetitive or misleading content, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or get around platform limits. GrabCast applies each platform's publishing limits and may add its own daily limits.
- Availability: platforms can change their APIs, limits or review decisions, or reject a post, at any time. A scheduled post may be delayed or fail, for example when a platform rejects the media or your access expires. We show the result and notify you, but we do not guarantee that a post will be published at a specific time or at all.
- Disconnecting: you can disconnect an account at any time in the Scheduler, or remove GrabCast in the platform's settings. We may disconnect accounts, cancel scheduled posts or suspend access to the Scheduler if they are used in violation of these Terms or a platform's policies, or if a platform requires it.
- Team workspaces: a workspace owner is responsible for the actions of the members they invite, for the accounts connected to the workspace and for having the rights to all content published from it. Approval links can be opened by anyone who has the link until they expire or are revoked; share them only with the people who should review.
- Link-in-bio pages you publish are public. Don't put anything on them you wouldn't want anyone to see.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we receive from connected platforms and how to delete it (data deletion instructions).
7. Ads manager (Meta ads)
If it is enabled for your workspace, the Ads manager lets a workspace Owner or Admin connect Meta ad accounts they already manage, see ad performance, boost posts and build and manage campaigns through Meta's official Marketing API.
- You are the advertiser. Ads run on your own Meta ad account under Meta's Self-Serve Ad Terms, Advertising Standards and other Meta commercial terms. You are responsible for your ads, targeting, landing pages, claims and legally required disclosures, and for complying with advertising, consumer-protection, anti-discrimination and privacy laws (including rules for housing, employment, credit, political and social-issue ads).
- Meta bills you, not GrabCast. Meta charges the payment method on your ad account. GrabCast never charges you, never reads or stores your payment details, and is not a party to your billing relationship with Meta.
- Nothing spends without your confirmation. Campaigns, ad sets and ads created in GrabCast are created paused. They start (and budgets go up) only after an Owner or Admin reviews the confirmation screen and confirms. Once you confirm, you are responsible for the resulting spend, including Meta's normal pacing (Meta may spend more than a daily budget on a given day).
- Rules and limits are tools, not guarantees. Automation rules are off by default and only act within the limits you set. Spending limits, kill switches and rules depend on Meta's API being available and accurate, so they may act late or not at all. Keep your own spending limits in Meta Ads Manager.
- We don't guarantee results, delivery, reach, approval of your ads or the accuracy of statistics reported by Meta.
8. AI features
- AI features (writing, translating, summarizing, captions, image and video generation, transcription, insights) produce automated output that can be wrong, incomplete, biased or similar to other people's content. Review it before you use or publish it. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
- You are responsible for how you use AI output, including checking that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights and labeling AI-generated or altered content where a platform or the law requires it (for example YouTube's altered or synthetic content setting or TikTok's AI-generated content label).
- Our free AI sends the text you enter to an AI provider to generate a reply (see Subprocessors). When GrabCast's own server AI isn't available, that provider is the free third-party Pollinations.ai service; use on-device AI or your own key to avoid this. Paid AI models (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) are available only with your own key. If you connect your own AI provider key ("BYOK"), requests made with it are also subject to that provider's terms and prices, and any charges are between you and the provider.
- Don't use AI features to create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that breaks section 4.
- As between you and GrabCast, you own the output you generate, to the extent the law allows. We don't use your prompts or outputs to train AI models.
9. Temporary email and Temp Mail API
Temporary inboxes are public by design: anyone who knows or guesses an address may be able to read its messages until they expire. Don't use them for anything sensitive, for account recovery, or for services you want to keep. Messages are deleted automatically when the inbox expires. Use of the Temp Mail API is subject to these Terms and the limits on that page.
10. Free service and fair use
The Service is free. There are no paid plans or subscriptions, and we never ask you for payment details.
Fair use. Because the Service is free for everyone, we apply reasonable fair-use limits (for example, how many posts can be scheduled per day, how much media can be stored at once, how many AI requests can be made per day, and how many accounts can be created from one device or network). Accounts that share a device or network may share one set of limits, and new accounts may have lower limits for their first days or until their email address is verified. The current limits are listed on our Fair use page; we may change them to keep the Service running for everyone. If you have a genuine need for more, request higher limits — we may raise limits for your account on request, for a period we choose, at no cost.
11. Advertising and affiliate links
We keep GrabCast free by showing advertising on some content pages (for example Google AdSense) and through affiliate links. Affiliate disclosure: some links on GrabCast, such as on the Recommended tools page and in some guides, are affiliate links. If you click one and later sign up or buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Pages with affiliate links say so. Affiliate relationships don't change which tools we build or how we describe them, and we only recommend products we would use ourselves. Third-party products are governed by their own terms, prices and privacy policies.
12. Third-party services
The Service links to and works with services we don't control (social platforms, cloud storage, AI providers, affiliate partners). Your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or actions — for example a platform removing your post or suspending your account.
13. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text and the GrabCast name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Service under these Terms. Open-source components are licensed under their own licenses, listed on our Open-source licenses page. Platform names such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Bluesky and Mastodon are trademarks of their owners; GrabCast is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
14. Copyright complaints
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
15. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in Account & Settings.
- We may suspend or end your access, remove content, disconnect accounts or pause ads GrabCast created if you break these Terms or the law, if a platform requires it, to protect users or the Service, or if we stop offering the Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data.
- Sections 5 (license for backups and published content), 11–13 and 16–21 survive termination.
16. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that any tool will be available, error-free, secure or produce a particular result, that scheduled posts will be published, or that data you store with us will never be lost. Keep your own copies of important files.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) GrabCast and its members, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or ad spend, arising from or related to the Service, including any post or ad that a third-party platform delays, rejects, removes or delivers; and (b) our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to USD 100. These limits apply whatever the legal theory and even if we were told the damage was possible. Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify GrabCast against third-party claims, and related losses and reasonable legal costs, arising from your content, your ads, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law, or your breach of a connected platform's terms.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@grabcast.click so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country with mandatory consumer-protection rules, you keep the protection of those rules and may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, tell signed-in users in the app or by email before the changes take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the updated Terms apply. If you don't agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
21. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie & Storage Policy and any rules shown for a specific feature (such as the Fair use page), are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. There are no third-party beneficiaries.
